Arrival to the salon
Please do not arrive at the salon more than 5 minutes before your appointment. We work by appointment only and on precise schedule, so outside of booked times the salon may be unattended or closed. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please arrive just before your agreed time.
Tip: It's better to be 2–3 minutes late than to arrive 20–30 minutes early. 😅
Advance payment for new clients
From 29. 03. 2024, all new clients are required to pay a deposit of €20 when booking an appointment.
- The deposit will be automatically deducted from the total price of the booked service on the day of your appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the agreed date and time.
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask you to respect our cancellation policy — it helps us treat all clients fairly. ❤️
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance → cancellation fee €20.
- Cancellation a few hours or minutes before the appointment → fee of 100% of the service price.
- In case of repeated non-compliance with these conditions, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to book further appointments.
Parade
The salon has limited seating capacity and we want every client waiting for their appointment to feel comfortable with us.
- Please come to your appointment alone.
- If you need to bring one friend, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the situation accordingly.
- Accompanying persons of two or more are not permitted — it often leaves other waiting clients without a seat.
